Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to professionals responsible for hospital instrumentation, medical supplies, and equipment, including department managers, supervisors, and directors.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls using a provided script
Speak with decision-makers and gather accurate contact information
Record call results and notes in the CRM system
Maintain professional communication and call etiquette
Schedule
15–20 hours per week
Monday–Thursday Available Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
No evening or weekend shifts
Compensation: Four USD Hourly pay plus performance-based incentives
Qualifications
Prior outbound calling or telesales experience preferred
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with computers and data entry
Strong listening and organizational skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Technical Requirements
Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or newer recommended)
Reliable high-speed internet connection (wired connection preferred)
Minimum 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended)
Adequate storage space for business software
Ability to install and run required applications
