Our temperature controlled cottages each provide two (2) private suites with Bahamian breeze windows. These villas are very comfortable and roomy. Free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping brings new towels, etc each day. Large master bedroom (with bathroom) and one smaller bedroom and bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa as well. Small mini-mart at the resort has the basic grocery items --- little pricey but not outrageous. Outside charcoal grills available. Parking is an issue if you rent a car ... but don't think you need to as most everything is within walking distance or taking a water taxi to Nassau.

Situated directly on the beach, Paradise Island Beach Club offers the perfect location for your tropical getaway. The condominiums overlook either the beach or the resort's pool and landscaped courtyard. Other resort features include a clubhouse with a snack bar and recreation rooms. Besides the numerous water activities available in the area, guests can also play tennis nearby or enjoy golf at the Paradise Island championship golf course. There is an energy surcharge of $85 and timeshare tax paid directly to the resort. The timeshare tax is 6%.

This is a stunning villa with two bedrooms for guests. There is a very large and beautiful pool. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has two single beds, which can be together as a king sized bed as well. It is perfect for a family or two couples traveling together. The Villa is located on the North Coast of Jamaica, in Montego Bay. It is about a one hour Drive from the famous Nigril and a few minutes drive from several five star hotels. and many tourists attractions. The manager is a very excellent driver, and will be happy to take guests on sightseeing trips around the island at very reasonable rates. There are several local restaurants as well as those in the hotels. Trips can be arranged to visit the famous Dunns River Falls and Green Gratto Caves. There is a local golf course, The Ironshore Golf Course, as well as the famous Wyndham golf course. Which is quite affordable.
The villa comes with A gardener/groundskeeper; housekeeper/cook and a live in property manager who occupies a third bedroom which is in his private wing of the house. This leaves the main part of the house private to the renters.
